Patricia Sontag, Family Nurse Practitioner, has a special interest in women’s health, wellness, treating chronic disease, general pediatrics, depression and anxiety.

Ms. Sontag, FNP received her RN degree at Winona State University, Winona, MN, in 1977. She completed her Masters of Science in Public Health Nursing in 1984 at the University of Illinois-Chicago and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
